The h.AIRLAB Colour Mapping Session is a 30 minute in-studio appointment where we analyse your hair’s current state, assess your scalp health, tone-match against skin and eye colour, and create a tailored roadmap for transformation. We don’t guess, we diagnose. You’ll leave with a personalised colour strategy, including two curated direction options, maintenance planning, and aftercare insight based on your hair’s unique profile. Ideal for anyone considering a major colour change, correction, or long-term plan.

We’ll talk through your current hair, your goals, what’s been frustrating you, your home routine, and any colour, styling or scalp concerns. From there, we’ll guide you on the best next steps so your appointment feels clearer, more personalised and easier to plan. This is perfect if you’re new to h.AIRLAB, unsure what service is right for you, or wanting a more considered approach before committing to a colour, treatment or hair plan. Please join from somewhere with good lighting and wear your hair down if possible.

Our On-Location Styling service is designed for red carpet events, fashion shoots, bridal moments, and other high-profile occasions where your hair should feel just as unforgettable as the event itself. Whether it’s backstage, in-suite, or on-set, we bring the h.AIRLAB experience directly to you. This is not a standard booking. Once you request this service, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your vision, location details, and timing to create a bespoke styling experience tailored entirely to you. Please note: a minimum four-hour styling fee applies. This includes on-site service and travel time to ensure seamless, high-touch execution wherever you are. Colour Packages (Cut + Style Optional)
This service includes all blonding and colour work from full blonding, balayage, foiling to colouring, darkening or smaller colour services (eg. 1/4 head foils). If you're not sure what you're looking for, this is the package for you. Pricing: We’ve moved to an hourly pricing model to ensure your service reflects the time, expertise, and premium products required to achieve your look. Pricing will vary depending on the complexity of your request, hair length, and overall service time. Bookings can be made for 2, 3, 4, 5 or 8+ hours but can be longer or shorter depending on your desired result. Note: Your appointment time is exclusively booked for you, ensuring focused attention from start to finish. Nanoplasty & Hair Smoothing
Nanoplasty not only straightens the hair but also heals it from inside out. It is made of natural vegan ingredients including organic acids, açai and linseed oil. It does not contain any harsh chemicals, formaldehyde releasers, carboncysteine or other nasties. It combines two acids to create the perfect smooth, manageable, hydrated hair. Our Nanoplasty will leave your hair with a glossy and healthy finish. While it does make the hair straight, you will not lose volume (your hair won't be flat) and movement.
Extensions
Package includes 150g (2 packets) of brand new Luxury Weft extensions, install and wash & blow-dry Perfect for clients looking to add both volume and length to their natural hair. This package offers versatility and customisation for a refreshed and enhanced appearance. Trichology
Thicker-looking hair. Less shedding. Greater confidence. The EXO-GROW™ Intensive Hair Regeneration Program is a 4-month clinical trichology service designed for those experiencing thinning, reduced density, widening part lines or ongoing hair fall. This program combines precision microneedling with the proprietary EXO-GROW™ exosome signalling system to support scalp health, follicle function and stronger, fuller-looking hair over time. Includes 5 monthly in-clinic sessions plus full-size EXO-GROW™ Shampoo, Conditioner, Scalp Mask and Daily Tonic.
